Hi Justin,

I found the paused list I thought the message was referring to the
one I was logged into, but it was another list Logging into the
failed list showed there were two mass mailings started, but they
both said they could not be restarted One was 86% complete I was
able to delete both Where are the error logs you mentioned?

Carl

Today had trouble sending an email to a list Now when I log in, I get the following message:

This Mass Mailing will be queued There are currently 2 total Mass Mailing(s) being sent (0 from this list) A limit of 1 Mass Mailing(s) at one time is currently enforced

I can't find any way to restart or cancel the process Is there a log somewhere that will indicate why the list is failing to send?

Log in to a list with your Dada Mail Root Password and go to,
"Monitor Your Mailings"

There should be a link on that screen that says, "Show/Hide Verbose Sending Information "

That should at least tell you which list has the failed mailings Switch to that list and you should be able to pickup or stop the mailing

As for why things went sour - you can try searching for the
message_id in the error logs, which may bring up something interesting,

Hope that helps in getting you started,

Justin
