Carl,
How an html email appears has as much to do with what you read it with, as how it is sent The only way to be sure that your text remains in the same font is to make sure that all your styles are inline within the html code, eg:
paragraph of text to appear in Arial font
There are all sorts of methods of getting a required layout, but the only way to be sure is to test, test, and test again The following link is a very good guide:

I hope this helps, however you will have to get your hands dirty in the html code Writing HTML emails is a bit like web design from 1999

When I send HTML email, the font can be changed in the body text, but the template text seems to always be New Times Roman so the email ends up with different fonts Is there a way to have the template text match the body text?
