Adding percentage figures to Click Through Tracking 2.0

Hi everyone

Thought it might be interesting to share a hack/change/mod we have made to our /plugins/clickthrough_tracking cgi to add percentage figures to the Clickthrough and Open reports

Modify lines 170 to 186 to be as follows

Hope this is useful to others and Justin before you nuke me for this one I did check the latest DaDa v3 x beta and it's not in there either ;-)
