Forward to a friend bug

Hi Justin,

I seem to be blessed with uncovering issues in the operation of the Forward to a Friend feature this month :) Here's the latest:

One of my clients told me the Forward link I added to their newsletter[1] wasn't working I tested it and sure enough the link[2] doesn't work However, if you don't use the link and instead scroll to the bottom of the page to fill out the form, it works fine

Rather interesting that adding an anchor to that link causes the form to fail I'd debug but am just not familiar enough with the pathways through your code so thought I'd toss it up to the list Ideas?

The error log doesn't have any additional info than what you see in the error msg when you submit the form with the anchor in the url Let me know if you need more info
