Just a head's up:

I'm going to be releasing a new version of Dada Mail on Monday -
hopefully

This is not going to be Dada Mail 2 11, but rather, 2 10 11 - this is
going to make things very confusing, but please bear with me :)

The 2 10 11 release will have everything that the 2 11 alphas had,
except that the new features, except the "auto pickup of dropped
mailings" feature will be labeled, "experimental" This is partly
laziness - I don't really want to go through the program and rip out
everything new and just keep bug fixes - which there are few of The,
"auto pickup of dropped mailings" feature started being coded in
August, so I'm pretty confident it's going to do something well
I'm not going to get much more feedback on the feature, anyways, so
out in the wild it goes!

I usually version releases incredibly conservatively, and this is no
exception - this is going to be a huge update Here's just a list on
the top of my head of some of the changes:

• Auto-Pickup of Mail Sendings

This is a huge feature - I had to basically rip apart the way Dada
Mail was sending email before and replace it with something
completely new It's been a problem since day one of the program and
hopefully, it finally has a solution Not only that, but the solution
is documented for general users:

Other large features include:

• Domain-Specific Sending Tunings
• Better Spam Protection for Discussion Lists
• Actual Moderation for Discussion Lists (which this list uses)
• Social Bookmarking + Link Sharking badges in Message Archives
• CAPTCHA Enhanced email subscription confirmation
• The Mystery Girl bounce handler also has hooks to a completely new
  and different bounce email message parser

• I've also updated the FormMail pl form handler script with Dada
  Mail hooks:

I'll probably be releasing a new revision of the Magicbook, most
notably with a new version of the log_viewer cgi plugin The main
screen is now all AJAX'd out, so you can refresh/switch/purge logs
without having the entire screen refresh There's also a new search!
tool in the log viewer, with a API you can use yourself:

And lastly, is the testing suite for Dada Mail, which is currently
hovering around 460 automated tests, that are run every time I
check out a copy of Dada Mail to test on That takes a lot of the
guesswork on if the program is working the way it should and has
really helped tighten up the Dada Mail Perl code

So, I guess this is a heads-up and to get your mouth watering If you
want to go through the docs I've linked to and let me know if
something doesn't makes sense before the release, I'd be more than
grateful
