Interesting I'm going to contact them and tell them about Dada Mail :)
Here's the KB about the limit for BlueHost:

Do you guys have similar references (URLs!) of email limitations on your shared hosted sites? I'll add them to the FAQ for other people

Here's another request for people on shared hosting accounts - I'd like to try documenting the sending limitations for popular shared hosting services
Earlier this year a couple of people and I started a gaming web
site for
gamers who are blind
The web site itself does not have much
information
since the main purpose of the domain was for the mailing list
The
site
is www
audyssey
org and we have hosted with a company called
www
emwd
com
The neat thing about this company is they are specially
open to large mailing lists
We used to be on yahoogroups but
wanted to
get away from that
In any case, to make a long story short, Before
finding emwd we had went with bluehost
com and found out too late
their
default smtp sending limit is 50 per hour
I was able to get them to
increase it to 250 per hour though however that was still not good
enough for our mailing list which has over 300 subscribers and
sends out
about 20 messages per day
It was because of www
bluehost
com though that I heard about and
started
trying out dadamail
The smtp sending limit for bluehost by default
as I
said is 50 per hour, but can be changed on an individual case
I
will go
look though to see if this information is still current
I also
have an
account on godaddy's hosting and the default is 250 messages per hour
If you need urls with documentation I can look for those and send them
along
the smtp sending limit for regular emwd
com accounts meaning accounts
that are not specifically for large mailing lists is 2000 per 24
hours
For mailing list accounts this limit is not inforced
