Oddly enough, POST_PAYLOAD scanning is off by default Obviously if you could diddle the ModSecurity configuration directives directly (typically in httpd conf) Otherwise, try the following in htaccess (no guarantees - I'm no ModSecurity guru - but usuallly if it flies in httpd conf, it will
fly in htaccess):

SecFilterScanPOST Off

Ah! Thanks for that - that does work in an htaccess file This is
on a shared server, so I don't have access to the main httpd conf
file There is an option in mod_security to disallow changes made in
the htaccess file, so other people's mileage may vary

I initially tried:

SecFilterEngine Off

Which turns mod_security entirely off Your setting is a little more
precise

Thanks again!
