Just take the -t off of the initiation routine, the messages go away.  It's just tripping over option strict observations.

Ahhh, I see. I'm not too familiar with FBSD ports so can't help you
there. Even as easy as it is to install Dada, I can see the benefit of a
port. I wish you luck. Unfortunately, I do not have a test server yet so
can't help much with your efforts.

Yeah, I don't much like that setup either. Fortunately not many users
are on my server but it is certainly a concern.

BTW, I'm all for your badgering of Justin to fix those warnings.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to bother him as much as it would bother
me were this my application.
