SQL list settings backend in CVS

Hey! Look at that - the list settings part of Dada Mail now has an
SQL backend -

that means all the major parts of Dada Mail that have to do with
saving information - List Subscribers, Archives and Settings are all
SQL-centric if you'd like

It's in CVS right now and I'll have a dev release out next week once
I get all the kinks out on Monday?

This should be good for a few different folks:

* People that prefer an SQL backend to the dbfile solution
* People that are having trouble with the db backend
* People who can't use the db file backend with much luck (using SDBM)
