Quick Update - Success on the Multiple Fields Project!
Good news,
The fundraiser for the multiple subscriber fields project was a
success! The targeted amount of $2,000 was received in the 45 day
timeframe! Awesome work everyone! I really appreciate this and I'm
looking forward to developing this community-driven feature!
As stated on the description for the fundraiser, I'm hoping to get a
beta out within 6 weeks - which makes the deadline basically fall on
Valentines Day
So there's some sweetness to look forward to already
Here's my current rough draft of how I'm going to proceed:
The current development branch will continue
There will most likely
be a Dada Mail 2

When this is being developed, I will be writing the RFC's for the
next version of Dada Mail after 2
11 - THIS is the version that will
have the multiple fields
I am going to be gathering as much
critiques as possible to keep this a community oriented feature
And that's basically it
I can't thank everyone enough for all their
help and kindness and I hope you're as excited as I am about this
feature!
