This release is purely a maintenence release and contains bug fixes
for issues found with version 2 10 of the program

: Feature Changes

$ADMIN_MENU - Added entries for extensions (currently commented out)

sub/unsubscription notices is now on by default

read button to revert all your email messages to the default

The SQL tables for the archives have changed - there is now a
