here's a problem I have when I try to apply an already designed site's HTML/CSS to Dada Mail's CSS: One of the things that Dada Mail defines in its stylesheet is the body of the page itself This has a tendency to break the design of some HTML pages, which haven't defined anything for the body of the html message

I believe I've now solved this problem and would really appreciate my solution being tested widely However, I was expecting a second alpha release rather than a beta, and so didn't commit them to the CVS as quickly as I apparently should have

If you will be testing the new beta release and don't mind also grabbing a few newer files off the Web-based CVS as well, I'd greatly appreciate if could assist me with this testing by replacing the following files from the beta package's "dada/DADA/Template/templates" folder with these newer ones before you test:

  • default_admin_template tmpl revision 1 18, at: http://cvs sourceforge net/viewcvs py/mojomail/dada_mail_stable/dada/DADA/Template/templates/default_admin_template tmpl?view=log

  • default_css css revision 1 49, at: http://cvs sourceforge net/viewcvs py/mojomail/dada_mail_stable/dada/DADA/Template/templates/default_css css?view=log

  • default_list_template tmpl revision 1 13, at: http://cvs sourceforge net/viewcvs py/mojomail/dada_mail_stable/dada/DADA/Template/templates/default_list_template tmpl?view=log

  • iframed_archive_screen tmpl revision 1 14, at: http://cvs sourceforge net/viewcvs py/mojomail/dada_mail_stable/dada/DADA/Template/templates/iframed_archive_screen tmpl?view=log

(These should be populated on SourceForge CVSWeb shortly )

Because some but not all beta testers will do so, please state in your [dadadev] comments about this issue if you have already applied these files; if no comment to that effect is made, I'll assume that you're using the as-is beta package instead (Or if you'd like to avoid all such confusion on [dadadev], I guess you can just email me directly instead )

Justin, please project your intentions more clearly in future This stuff /was/ ready for the beta last night, and I would've preferred to have this work in there as well, rather than hearing about your decision to move to beta by this surprise announcement in my inbox this morning
