Sorry, I didn't read your last 2 messages.
Gonna try port 255 without SSL (and eagery wait for dada 10.7) :)
Have a nice trip to the mountains. On 4 July 2017 at 17:05, Mariano Absatz - gmail el.baby@PROTECTED [Dada Mail Developers] <dadadev@PROTECTED> wrote:
Seems like they don't support plain old smtps (à la port 465).
Did you add starttls support in 10.6.0 that is already out? I'd be more than happy to upgrade in that case.On 3 July 2017 at 17:00, Justin J justin@PROTECTED [Dada Mail Developers] <dadadev@PROTECTED> wrote:
It looks like they may want you to use STARTTLS, which isn't something that Dada Mail's SMTP currently supports. Perhaps you can try connecting to it via SSL on a secure port, which shouldn't require you to then upgrade via STARTTLS.
I'm working on updating the SMTP support in Dada Mail. Hopefully, it'll be finished in v10.6.0. I can't tell exactly what the problem is, with your specific situation though, as the errors reported are a little too thin on the details,
