Avoiding mass unsubscribes due to bouncing

I added this to the Wishlist at GitHub, but thought I’d throw it out here as well. 

Preface - a few months ago, I neglected to check my Tracker data 3 mailings in a row, and the mail server IP was being blocked by an ISP. 3 mailings was enough to trigger a mass of unsubscribes by the bounce handler, which could have been prevented if I had realized the server was blocked. I try to check Tracker after every mailing, but sometimes life intervenes. 

Emailing a summary of the tracker stats for each mailing (4-8 hours after the mailing completes - or better yet, let the list owner set the time and offer the ability to set multiple mailings - an initial and a couple of followups) including the number of bounces, opens, clickthroughs, and the other few items summed up at the top of the tracker page would be incredibly helpful. It would give an idea of performance, but more importantly, it would alert the list owner to any potential problems with the mailing such as excessive bounces due to ISP blocking. If the mailing contained a link to the Tracker page for that mailing to see more details, all the better.
