My guess is that there's stylesheets and javascript files cached in your browser, which was are causing those problems Easiest thing is to just clear out your browser's cache v9 0 2 should have these files versioned somewhat though,

But at the end, I was prompted to "install" the program, which then had an issue with finding an existing config file I remember that this was discussed on the old support board, but don't have that solution at hand now If I can get around this, then I can get on with testing a clean install
Honestly, I don't recollect anything like that, and I don't have any ideas offhand If I was you, I'd try the clearing out the cache in v9, as that's where I'm moving forward with,
