Hmm - at least according to Dada Mail's installer, they are't Could that be, because you added an additional perllib path in Dada Mail, or are using a different path to perl (changed the shebang line)?
One workaround could be to just upgrade with the SQLite setting, then, switch out the %SQL_PARAMS for their previous values
Can't say I do (or have to do that) that all that often,
