sudden changes in dada plugin responses

On 2 of my installs, the Scheduled Mailer (v7.0.5) suddenly stopped working a week or two ago. They were on two different servers with 2 different hosting companies using two different control panel interfaces, so I have to wonder if there was a core software update pushed for Perl or some other software that changed things. One of the installs I upgraded to v8 and it is working fine and the other I just reconfigured Dada to turn off the scheduled mailer because I wasn’t using it. 

Yesterday, I suddenly started getting error messages for the same bounce handler cron job that I have been using since I upgraded to 7.0.5.  Nothing has been changed on my end - I haven’t even been in the cron handler for months on that server. 

Normally the script just runs in the background and does its thing (which it is still doing on other servers). For this server at HostGator I’m now getting an email message from the cron handler every time the cron hits that displays the source code of the admin login page. I’m using:
/usr/bin/curl  -s --get --data run=1\;passcode=\;verbose=0  --url http://www.domainhere.com/cgi-bin/dada/plugins/bounce_handler.cgi

I’m not sure what happened, but if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help.
