OK I have read on postfix org, it seems its flag for return-path is -r, not -f -f flag is for "Sender" header so how can I add -r flag to test it?
http://www postfix org/pipe 8 html
Looks like both -f and -r do the same thing - the manage entry for both are identical:
http://www postfix org/sendmail 1 html
-r sender Set the envelope sender address This is the address where delivery problems are sent to With Postfix versions before 2 1, the Errors-To: message header overrides the error return address
-f sender Set the envelope sender address This is the address where delivery problems are sent to With Postfix versions before 2 1, the Errors-To: message header overrides the error return address
If you would like to see if this makes a difference in Dada Mail, open up the dada/DADA/Mail/Sendmail pm file, and find these lines:
}elsif($local_li->{add_sendmail_f_flag} == 1 && defined($local_li->{admin_email})){
if($local_li->{verp_return_path} == 1){
$live_mailing_settings = $l_mail_settings
' -f'
$self->_verp($plain_to_address);
}else{
$live_mailing_settings = $l_mail_settings
' -f'
$local_li->{admin_email};
}
}else{
Change the '-f' to, '-r' ,
}elsif($local_li->{add_sendmail_f_flag} == 1 && defined($local_li->{admin_email})){
if($local_li->{verp_return_path} == 1){
$live_mailing_settings = $l_mail_settings
' -r'
$self->_verp($plain_to_address);
}else{
$live_mailing_settings = $l_mail_settings
' -r'
$local_li->{admin_email};
}
}else{
