Re: restarting mailing?
Thanks for sharing. I just tried changing the .tmp directory permissions but it didn't help. Is that the only directory you adjusted? And would it make a difference if I logged in as the cPanel admin vs. the server root through WHM?
I don't know how things work on a hosted server as far as which account you log in as, but check the permissions either way. You also need to go into the .tmp directory and look for a sendout... folder that is associated with the mailing that is hung. That is what you need to change the permissions on.
