Thanks for the TinyMCE demo link I checked it out and I like it much better than CKeditor The MoxieManager file manager is nice, but I realize that will not be an option I'll check out the FileManager Is there a demo of that anywhere?
Is there any difference in the security between FileManager and KCFinder, specifically in allowing hackers to upload files to the server?
The missing picture handles in CKeditor seems to be related to the Chrome browser In MSIE and Firefox, the handles are there and work as they should TinyMCE seems to behave the same in all three browsers

If you want to try out TinyMCE, here's a demo:
http://www tinymce com/tryit/full php
The, Insert Image button is on the far right of the toolbar - looks like a mountain/sun It's pretty standard stuff - doesn't really stray too far off from what TinyMCE had in 3 x or CKeditor has now
The file manager that pops up is called, "MoxieManager" - http://www moxiemanager com/
It has a non-free license, so it's not something I'm going to support, for the time being Pretty nice, though
