I just used the dada installer and chose upgrade, so the only way it wouldn't have been upgraded is if dada didn't update it. I just checked it in Chrome and Safari (all of these are on Mac Lion) and it looks fine there, so it's just Firefox (v. 24.0) that is rendering the css improperly. 

Regarding the extra signatures, even if Dada can't recognize it in the replies, is there a way to prevent it from adding more signatures to the attachments? That seems like a separate issue.

That is strange, attached is what I see w/FireFox, Chrome and Safari for Mac

 - is there a chance you haven't updated the dada/templates/admin_template.tmpl?
