Justin,

No need to be sorry - we all get spam from plenty of other sources.  The only worry I have about when these types of messages get through is that if someone clicks "Report Spam", the email provider treats the entire email list as spam instead of just messages from that one address.

For a long time, you had this list set to moderated to deal with exactly these types of messages.  I notice that it is no longer so (I didn't keep track of exactly when, but I think it's been unmoderated for around a year).

Is that because you felt it was mostly no longer necessary (I did notice a major drop-off in the number of messages that had to be rejected over time)?  Was it an oversight during an upgrade? Something else?
