Always for the same member eh? Do regular email messages sent to addresses on the discussion list’s domain work from that yahoo user?

One other thing - it's always for the same member. Not random yahoo users - every single email from this one, but only this one, Yahoo user generates the bounces. Until this week, when another member with a Yahoo address generated the same weirdly worded bounce messages. They are not the standard "your IP address is blacklisted" messages that Yahoo sends when it's a case of blacklisting.

At the very bottom of this email you have the From header..
It says:
From: user1@PROTECTED
Subject: [Stafford Royals Level 4]
Date: April 11, 2013 8:41:45 PM EDT
To: "Stafford Royals Level 4"
Reply-To: "Stafford Royals Level 4"
So, does that mean that you are sending the email as user1@PROTECTED and not from a general list address?
It just does it that way. I don't see any settings in Dada Bridge that allow me to change that to being from the list address instead of the original sender. I already looked because I thought the same thing. There is an option about who to show in the from field for announce-only lists, but not for discussion lists (at least if there is, I can't find it).
Also, Justin is right about ‘the many’ getting punished for the transgressions of ‘the few’ in a shared hosting environment. The other thing is that, if the email is being relayed through a cluster of outbound SMTP servers and the originating outbound IP varies, it is entirely possible that one of the clustered mail servers got RBL’ed, which could explain why some email gets through and others do not. That particular email just happened to be sent through the one blacklisted mail server in the cluster.
Which I would agree with IF I was getting bounce messages specific to the ISP that might have that mail server blacklisted, but I'm not. And the messages don't say the server is blacklisted, they say that mail from Yahoo.com is banned.
