AJ noticed that if you set the charset something different on the table, it'll turn the table from case sensitive to case insensitive, a few back:

You could give that a shot The table you want to play around with is "dada_profile_fields" I think
Something like,
ALTER TABLE dada_profile_fields CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8_general_ci;
