Re: still having mailing monitor issues

An update on this issue now that I've been monitoring the cron job. Lost a mailing yesterday and here was the cron message that was logged:

Mass Mailing appears to be in good health.
Mass Mailing is not finished...
Mass Mailing appears to be still going...
Mass Mailing has been paused.

Any idea why it would pause itself? No one was logged in, no one paused it. This must be what is happening that is causing my lists to get clogged up. The mailing monitor is running, but the mailing is paused so it ignores it as if it doesn't need to be restarted.
Warm regards,

Mary Ann
