I have a case on a new install (the most recent one you did for me, Justin) where the confirmation email never arrived and the list owner didn't get a copy of an email that went out Monday am. I got a copy (I'm not list owner) and I am way down the list near the bottom of sign-ups, so I know at least part of the list got it. The mailing isn't showing in the mailing monitor as stalled so I am assuming that it sent to the full list, but can't confirm it. 

I checked the usage log and the error log and there is nothing about the mailing at all. What can I check to see if it did indeed complete? I ran some test emails last night and  the owner is getting those, so it's not a matter of just not getting mail from the address the mailing list uses. I checked to be sure there are no spam filters running on the server and the SPF/MX entries are all set up to allow all mail from the domain that the mailing list is on. 

I'm at a loss as to what is going on, much less how to ensure that the mailings are completing.
