authorized senders and moderation

I've never encountered this before, but one of my authorized senders sent the same exact message to 2 lists (he is an authorized sender on both). One list put the message through to the list correctly, the other held it for moderation.

The ONLY difference I can see in the address on the list where it was held (compared the the email from which it was sent) is that he has capital letters in his email address in the message, but the email address in Dada is all lowercase. Surely that wouldn't cause it to be held for moderation, would it? And if so, why wouldn't it have been held for moderation for both lists?

I'm suspicious, though, because when I put the address with capital letters into the "search authorized addresses" box, it didn't find his address in the list. Makes me think it might be case sensitive, which would be weird.

Thoughts, suggestions, etc.?

Mary Ann
