I am comfortable using computer systems, but I am not familiar with PHPMyAdmin Can you give me more details, or a screen shot The people on my lists tell me every so often they have a new e-mail address and want me to change theirs Right now I am using GoogleGroups and they do not even let me add people anymore They stopped it about a year ago I have to invite people to join It is a real headache

Also you mentioned that you run a list for parents of gymnysts How does one establish the "name" of the list? Can you pick any name you want and do you get to use your own domain name or does it have to end in dadamailproject com?
