I have very small discussion lists (5-80 subscribers and very low volume; little chance of overwhelming the server) and want to enable more than one mailing at once Before I completely muck up my installation, I thought I'd better check here first to be sure I am doing it correctly In looking at the manual, it looks like I should just add a line to the dada_config file like this:
$MAILOUT_AT_ONCE_LIMIT = '2';
Is that correct?
That should do it You don't need the quotes around, "2":
$MAILOUT_AT_ONCE_LIMIT = 2;
Does it matter where in dada_config I insert it?
It doesn't really
I usually put such customization after the password stuff - this:
# Start Root Password
$PROGRAM_ROOT_PASSWORD = 'someencryptedpassword';
$ROOT_PASS_IS_ENCRYPTED = 1;
# End Root Password
