New Experimental Feature: controlling the behavior of the List Unsubscribe Link

You can now set the behavior of Dada Mail, after a user clicks the Unsubscriber Link

The unsubscription request can either be automatically processed,

or you may have the subscriber submit a unsubscription form

The second option is hoped to thwart absent-minded clicks, as well as auto link prefetching

This feature is currently labeled, Experimental

New Plugin: Mailing Monitor

The, Mailing Monitor plugin replaces the, auto_pickup pl extension, has a nicer list control panel interface and much more simplified instructions

The auto_pickup pl extension will still be shipped with Dada Mail, but will simply be a redirect to this new plugin

Amazon SES Mail Sending Support

Amazon SES allows you to send email messages with Dada Mail using the Amazon SES Web Service This feature is currently labeled, Experimental

Forward to a Friend

It's now easier to write in a, "Forward to a Friend" feature in your messages

Installer Enhancements

The installer that comes with Dada Mail now supports the installation of most of the plugins and extensions that come with Dada Mail

The installer also gives you the option, when used to upgrade your current Dada Mail, to either keep your current dada_config file, or to create a new dada_config file, while also keeping your current dada_files directory structure and contents

The default mailing list message templates have been changed to be less verbose and to include the "Forward to a Friend" link

GeoIP data updated

The freshest GeoIP data has been included with Dada Mail

Social Bookmarking Links Updated

The Facebook link has been replaced by the Facebook, Like button and the, Plus Google button has been added
