I figured it out!!! I bet it is the public list archive being hit by a search engine I noticed in Alan's message that there is an unsubscribe link for him (I munged it in this message)
Yehuda's right Here's one of the log entries:
[Sat Apr 17 19:32:41 2010] dadadev 67

237 Unsubscription Confirmation Sent for dadadev
list justin@skazat
com
The IP Address: 67 195 114 237 is where the request is coming from If you do a quick search for that IP:
http://www
google
com/search?q=67
195
114
237
It's the Yahoo spider
I'll fix that up for everyone Glad it was figured out, though!
The other thing I didn't have enabled was the, "Limit Unsubscription Confirmation Sending" - enabling this should stop this from happening, multiple times
Maybe before messages are put in the archive, they can be parsed to remove the message footer?
I like that idea, too
The unsub link is now changed to not have the subscriber's address
