Re: Progress on Multi-List Sending

That sounds great I definitely have use for it

This is probably too far out there, but something I've thought about
more than a few times so I'm going to put it on the table I was
thinking that I'd like for there to be just one common admin login
screen encompassing all the lists and then a drop down menu to select
which list to work on within this overall admin section Many of the
common settings would only have to be set once in the overall admin
section with specific list settings set when that list is selected
Setting up new lists would be easier

Just a thought

I just wanted to give a little status update on the, "Multiple
Mailing List Sending" feature I've been working on: I'm happy to say it's working out great! and is mostly fleshed out: * You'll be able to pick as many lists as you'd like to send out * The, "Partial List Sending" preferences will work nicely with
this as well, so you can send a message to part of multiple lists * The preview for, "Partial List Sending" will even list all the
lists you're sending to * I've solved the issue with duplicate message sending much better
than I did before * Each list you specify will have it's own individual mass mailing
that you can monitor (view/pause/resume/stop) separately Messages
will NOT be sent in a, "On behalf of" style, but will look and work
as if the messages were sent in the list's own, "Send a List
Message" screen * All the fancy templating stuff currently supported, will also be
supporting with the multi-list-mass-mailing stuff Generally no
features have been removed with the addition of this feature Thank
all the new Profile work for that

I'll probably cobble-together an easy to download alpha version
soon There's still a lot of work to do - mostly cleanup and just
get everything hooked up - and a whole lot of testing

Here's the git branch, atm:

Chugging right along,
