New mini project: Re-addition of "Mail to multiple Lists" feature

I've created a new branch in git:

Where I'm going to try to re-add the feature that allowed to to mail a
mass mailing to multiple lists, at once I may not be able to, easily,
or at all Or it may just be an easy SQL query and then adding
support to the API and then to the UI

Either way: Wish me the best of luck!

Just a friendly reminder: This was a commissioned feature to start off
and the org has kindly agreed to re-commission the lost feature
(since it was taken out in 3 0) A fine way to get a feature into Dada
Mail :)

I also wanted to ask those who used the send-to-multiple-lists feature
in the past - anything you would change from before? Or was it just
peachy?
