Default Values for New Lists

A while back I asked if new lists could be created based on the settings of an already existing one The answer was yes, easily Does anyone have the code to do this? Ideally, there would be a field on the Create New List form where you could choose a list to use as the default, but I'd be happy with a single, hard-coded list name
