Right now, the subscribers are always fed to the mass mailing part of
Dada Mail in Ascending order - but that's fairly random already, as
far as the domains go

start several connections to different mail servers, but if you say
have 5 yahoo addresses in a row, its gonna connect to yahoo 5 times
at once and it will wait until it has finished sending to yahoo
before it will open any more connections
Isn't what Dada Mail does - it only works in serial - not in parallel
They may be talking about the actual mail server
