We're actually talking about two different headers Dada Mail uses
the, "X-Priority" header - the RFC you've found is about the,
"Priority" header, which I've never heard of, really

To be honest, neither header is likely to do anything, anymore When I
get an email from someone I don't know, with the highest priority, the
message has two exclamation points near the subject, which, I've now
made myself learn that this means, "Ignore" :)
