Mass Mailing Mailout Misfortunes
I've open a series of bugs regarding the mailing monitor:
2204797 3 0 0 - This Mass Mailing will be queued msg has wrong info

These bugs, for the most part, cover weird edge cases and have to do
with not reporting problems in a way that someone can easily understand
Which is hard
In general, the Sending Monitor is a complex piece of
kit and the bugs tend to be a little on the nasty side
I'll have some sort of snapshot available, once I figure out how I
want to deal with all this,
