By finding these lines in the Config pm:

$DEBUG_TRACE ||= {

DADA_App_DBIHandle         => 0,
 DADA_App_Subscriptions     => 0,
 DADA_Mail_MailOut          => 0,
 DADA_Mail_Send             => 0,
DADA_App_BounceScoreKeeper => 0,

};

And changing it to:

$DEBUG_TRACE ||= {

 DADA_App_DBIHandle         => 0,
 DADA_App_Subscriptions     => 0,
 DADA_Mail_MailOut          => 1,
 DADA_Mail_Send             => 1,
 DADA_App_BounceScoreKeeper => 0,

};

Run a mailing on that list of just three subscribers, with nothing
else happening and let me know what the error log says - send it over
as an attachment, if you'd like It's going to be very verbose
