Yes, I too use Westhost, but the normal install probably doesn't set up discussion lists, and other "advanced" features, and they don't upgrade versions very often, so I have just always done the install myself (after the first time).

Don't know about Bluehost, but Westhost does this.  One click install for many free apps.  THat's how I first learned about Dadamail.  Plus WH allows file level changes so upgrading and updating easy.
