Hey everyone,
I'm contemplating changing the current POP3 engine in Dada Mail from
Net::POP3:
http://search
cpan
org/~gbarr/libnet/Net/POP3
pm
to Mail::POP3Client:
http://search
cpan
org/~sdowd/Mail-POP3Client/POP3Client
pm
Both engines do basically the same thing, the Mail::POP3Client engine
supports, among other things, SSL connections to the POP3 server -
something that, say, Gmail requires
There's nothing in Net::POP3
that Mail::POP3Client doesn't support (that I can see)
The switch shouldn't take more than, say a half hour and take an hour
to get the SSL stuff work well, so I'm thinkin' of doin' the switch
Anyone see any problems?
