Your assumption is that all bounces are equal When actually they are not A "Domain does not exist" is different from a "Mailbox full", and ultimately they should be (and are in Dada) treated differently The problem is that there is no real solution other than adopting the code, or your algorithm, to your needs After all, this is what Open Source is invented for
