I had a problem with this too, but I forgot the url to go to for resetting the password.

There is command that lets you create a password, maybe it will help:

 http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi?f=pass_gen

The problem has to do with the config script being out of sync (I think) with the rest of the program files. I'm not sure about the specifics though. Try that and see if resetting your password that way works.
