dada_bridge and 2.10.12

Hello I have in one Server Dada 2.10.9 with Discussion Lists enabled, I can see in options:

Use Moderation: Moderators may post to announce-only lists and discussions lists without being on the subscription list themselves. Once enabled, you may add moderators using the  View/Add list administration screens.

I have one email account in moderator and if I send one email to this account, dada_bridge sends to all in the list OK

Today I installed another server with 2.10.12 version, I have same options and if I send one email from moderator account to the List Email and I go to Manually check and Send Waiting Messages I can see:

Message count: 1
               Message is from: 'blablabla@PROTECTED'
                * From address is NOT from list owner address
               Moderation enabled...
Message is not from list owner.
               Discussion Support disabled...

               SpamAssassin check disabled...

Message did not pass verification - handling issues...
               Error delivering message! Reasons:

                       msg_not_from_list_owner
                       needs_moderation
               msg_not_from_subscriber on its way!

In 2.10.9 I see:

Message count: 1
               Message is from: 'blablabla@PROTECTED'
                * From address is NOT from list owner address
               Moderation enabled...
               *Message *is* from a moderator!
               Discussion Support disabled...

               SpamAssassin check disabled...

               Processing Message...
               Message being delivered!
        Message Details:
        --------------------------------------------------
Subject: Mensaje a la lista 1 desde blablabla
               Finished Processing Message.

What’s the problem?

Thank’s.
