Dev. Update

I've been working pretty hard on the auto-pickup feature in Dada Mail. It's basically ready for the Real World, having been rewritten a few times already.

One of the neater things is a new big red button that looks like this:

The button itself will allow you to stop a mailing in its tracks, if that's something that needs to be done. The rest of the functionality now has a test suite attached to it, that helps in making sure what it's supposed to do, is what it actually does and that any changes I've made don't break something else.

The test suite in Dada Mail is still in its infancy but there's already almost 400 tests that happen automatically, everytime I take a copy of Dada Mail out of CVS. Pretty cool, considering for the past 6 *years* there hasn't been a test suite at all.

I'm most likely going to push a version of Dada Mail that has auto-pickup enabled, call it version 2.10.11 and also release another alpha of 2.11 (THAT should be nice and confusing), with the rest of the new features enabled (and then some) at the same time.

Also, I've integrated this module into the bounce handler:

Which also parses bounced messages and tries to get something intelligent out of them. It works similar-but-different than Dada Mail's Mystery Girl, so it should help in spotting those cases where Dada Mail's own parser fails to figure out what's going on. It's not (in my opinion) as good as Mystery Girl's own parser, so I may be integrating what Mystery Girl has had for a few years, into this module, which is exciting, in a geeky kind of way.

Questions? Comments? Rude Remarks?
