I'm all for it, I just don't know Joomla at all, and I don't have a
working install of it
My 2 Cents go like that:
Don't mix languages Joomla is php, Dada is Perl I have had a hard time finding a hosting provider here in France who had a recent Perl installation Most concentrate /and optimize their systems/ for php You'll lose if you face any problem with Perl Better find either a Perl based CMS or a php driven mailing list Both exist
If you insist on a php CMS, better go with a smaller one The development team will more likely find time and an open ear with your integration ideas
A big CMS, or Blog or whatever, also carries the risk that too many people discover Dada and swamp Justin with questions and problems This is a question which only he has to answer: Will he be able to handle a hundred of new, Perl-innocent, Dada users who are used to point and click ?
It was only yesterday that I discovered some marvelous open-source software written by a single guy I contacted him for some reason and he asked me not to talk to other people about the software, because he would not be able to handle this Structures need to grow and develop organically
'nough said Andreas
