Date: June 30th 2006

2 10 9 beta is out I seriously need some feedback:

Note that this is still a beta release, but the code is quite mature
Even so, we still need your help in testing out the program and
helping find the last little bits that needs polishing

The complete changelog for this version can be found at:

Some highlights:

  • Mystery Girl, the bounce handler for Dada Mail, now works on a
points-based system This basically means that it'll take a few
    bounces before a message is permanently removed More information: ;

  • We've added a completely new SMTP engine to Dada Mail, since there
are open issues with the former one (don't fret, the former one is
still available as an option) We really need your help in testing
it, so if you can, give it a try! Amongst other things, Dada Mail now
supports encrypted SSL/TLS connections to send messages (think, Gmail
for Your Domain, support) More information:

http://mojo skazat com/support/documentation/ faq pod html#what_s_the_differences_between_the_two_smtp_engines

  • More than 9 submitting and confirmed bugs, fixed

We really appreciate all the help we can get, so if you can, give
this new public beta a go!

Some other highlights from this release

  • Rewritten upgrade documentation: http://mojo skazat com/support/documentation/UPGRADE_README pod html

Which I hope is much more simple, and straight-forward
