I would have thought that was a given I work on both Windows and FreeBSD OS's On my Windows box, I have Becky Internet Mail installed The reply options include:

1) Reply 2) Reply to All 3) Reply to selected addresses

Not so - on Apple's Mail app, which I use as my mail reader, there's
only Reply, and Reply All options You may have a mail reader that's
more tuned for power users, and mine is made more for the consumer
market

Quickly scanning some other web-based mail apps I use sometimes,

* Gmail only has a Reply and Reply to All setting,
* Yahoo has a Reply to Send and Reply to Everyone setting (similar?)

I don't know if Yahoo's options change if it notices the message is
from a mailing list

So, it's not quite enough to assume that everyone has this
functionality

I honestly think that Justin is over thinking this entire thing, but that is just my thoughts on the subject

Dada Mail's current behavior is different than every other mailing
list manager when it comes to discussion lists and people have told
me they'd like it the traditional way, so I wanted to garner so
comments about this I think one of Dada Mail's strengths is its ease
of use and this should (hopefully) filter through everything it does
- it's also what I hope is my personal strength when making little
things like this :) Coding these kinds of apps isn't terribly hard -
making it easy to use is :)
