Any idea how to get that tab to work properly? I hit upload and it doesn't seem to want to do
anything
I agree, it's not very intuitive at all; As for that upload tab, I've
actually disabled it
In the, "fckconfig
js" file, you'll see a few
lines like:
FCKConfig
LinkUpload = true ;
FCKConfig
ImageUpload = true ;
FCKConfig
FlashUpload = true ;
I just set these to, false
The reason being is it uses a different,
"filemanager" (In FCKeditor-speak) than what I gave directions to -
that one was called, "browser", the other one is called, "upload"
By
default, the editor tries to use the asp version, but there are
other, "connectors" available
Here's the line to change that:
var _QuickUploadLanguage = 'asp' ; // asp | aspx | cfm | lasso | php
There wasn't a perl connector, so I haven't played around with it
The php version may be accessible with some fiddling
You may also
have to make the following tweaks:
http://sourceforge
net/forum/message
php?msg_id=3261673
I can't really understand why this whole thing is so badly documented
- it seems on one hand to be a very powerful addition to the editor
and also something that should be scrutinized for its security
I
don't know about the php version of these connectors, but the perl
version is written in pretty bad style
Hope that helps :)
