Yes, it just sticks with the same screen, no error log entries on
this
K, I'll get to that
I do have some entries like this that I didn't have before:
[Sun Feb 12 04:39:40 2006] mail cgi: list = flashnew at /DADA/MailingList/Subscribers/baseSQL pm line 59 [Sun Feb 12 04:39:40 2006] mail cgi: creating new dbh object at /DADA/MailingList/Subscribers/baseSQL pm line 68 [Sun Feb 12 04:39:40 2006] mail cgi: $self->{list} flashnew at /DADA/MailingList/Subscribers/baseSQL pm line 80
Hmm, probably some debug code that's still in there;
Regarding the caching, I just set the config pm parameter to 1, was
there anything else I need to do to get it to work?
That's it
In all honestly I have to say I haven't noticed any improvement yet sorry
Really? I could count in my head how, "fast" pages load on http://
mojo
skazat
com/cgi-bin/dada/mail
cgi with the old version - now they
just come up
It may make a difference that the SQL server is a
different physical box - connections may have been a bit of a
bottleneck
