How would I get the 'Debug' option used Would something like this
work?

$pop = Net::POP3->new('pop3host', Debug);

I think (and only think) it's Debug => 1, like this:

  $pop = Net::POP3->new('pop3host', Debug => 1);

This particular author - although a very, incredibly good programmer,
sometimes makes the documentation a little too concise

Hmm, I'm also think that this wouldn't be the worst program switch to
have - something like:

prompt> /dada_bridge pl --pop3debug

Or something Would be trivial

If you make your own tweaks to the code, make sure you get all the
instances of Net::POP3->new(), there's a few, I think they're all in
the, pop3_login() subroutine
